2018 All Skills Camp

The Gopher Volleyball Academy ALL SKILLS CAMP is designed to give every camper the opportunity to learn and improve their skills in a fun and competitive team environment.   In addition to volleyball training, there will be strength and conditioning, yoga, and pool workouts offered. We will accommodate all skill levels from beginner (no experience required) to high level training for those aspiring to play at the collegiate level.

Location:  Goucher College, Decker Sports and Recreation Center

What to bring:

  • Bedding for an extra-long twin sized bed (XL sheets are not required)
  • Bathroom essentials (tooth brush, tooth paste, soap, etc.)
  • Towel to shower
  • Workout clothes for 7 volleyball sessions (shorts, t-shirts, gym shoes, knee pads, etc.)
  • Bathing suit (optional)
  • Yoga mat (optional)
  • Water bottle
  • Cash for the camp store (we will have a camp store available in the evening to purchase snacks)

Roommate Policy:  Overnight campers can request their roommate on the registration form.  Each room sleeps 2 people. There are no triples available.  If you do not request a roommate, we will do our best to put you with someone of similar age.

Medical Staff:  There will be a certified athletic trainer on-site for the duration of the camp for injuries and emergencies.

Check-in and Check-out:  Registration on the first day will take place from 1:00-2:30 pm of the lobby of Decker Sports and Recreation Center.  Campers should eat lunch before registration since we will start with the first training session at 3:00 pm.  Closing remarks and check-out will take place at Decker Sports and Recreation Center on the final day of camp at 3:30 pm.
